boat was brought  about a month ago   in condition pictured needing back deck completely rebuilt due to rot.   windows re-sealing  as  leaking badly  and  woodwork inside  dried out as windows taken there toll and  once dried re varnished . also needs new rear hood as perished . cockpit screen needing  some attention as   very neglected . and worst of all toilet needs emptying as its got stuff  in it  and know ones been on boat since  2004  before I purchased  it.   Hoping to get all  the main work done by October  but will have to see how it goes . this is my 3rd boat   I have owned  this one being a joint effort with my girlfriend  .  previous boats being a  18ft teal ( vital spark) a 31ft  Morgan Giles  very rare  cabin cruiser  (Cygnus) + one ex ships life boat  that I'm not including due to total failure on my part (Valkyre) r.i.p. boat is moored on the Thames  near Teddington .
